All types of request forms are created in one place by clicking on the button of the given request. Unified and clear forms with pre-filled data and data check ensure rapid and correct creation of requests and automatic start of the approval process.
The Approver checklist provides information important for decision-making. This list contains all requests waiting for approval by the specified user. Users receive email notifications when tasks and request form approval or processing requests are assigned to them. The email contains a link that opens the request form and options for completing the task. The steps of the approval process can be easily set in the request form or using rules in the configuration matrix.
By default, the application homepage shows a summary of all requests of the user including their current state. Users can also use the search form and easily find a Request form based on specified parameters (e.g. type of request form, status, requester, etc.). Search results can be refined using filters. All steps of processing request forms (approval date, approver) are recorded in a clear table of Workflow history. This table is a part of the Request form and provides a complete audit track.
The package is based on Microsoft SharePoint and the application extension TreeINFO for SharePoint.
